We had to skip out of Iowa a bit early because of weather and reservation issues, so we spent an extra weekend in Minnesota. Which was great. Honestly, I was never really interested when I was a punk college kid, so I was actually kind of interested to see what kind of fun we could have here now that I am an “adult”. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised!
